Behind me stands Manchester Mall—once one of Fresno’s busiest shopping hubs, now on the brink of a major transformation. The vision? A vibrant, walkable neighborhood with 600 new apartment units, retail, and community spaces.
Before that vision could take shape, the developers needed one thing: absolute accuracy on what already existed. That’s where we came in.
We completed a full LOD 400 as-built documentation—capturing every beam, column, bolt, weld, and architectural feature across more than 150,000 sq. ft.Using advanced 3D laser scanning, aerial imagery, and precise modeling, we delivered the foundation data engineers and architects need to design with confidence.

At 700 S Bridge St in Visalia, a large warehouse and former city church is getting a new life—as a modern pickleball facility.
Before renovations could begin, the new owner needed to understand every inch of the existing structure. We performed a complete 3D laser scan of the building, capturing precise details of the interior, exterior, and structural elements. From that, we delivered a LOD 300 Revit model, giving architects and engineers the clarity to plan the court layout, lighting, and amenities without guesswork.

For decades, Superior Dairy has been a proud part of California’s Central Valley, serving generations with its famous ice cream and dairy products. When it came time to plan for upgrades and preservation of their historic facility, accuracy was non-negotiable.
