Los Banos Market Redevelopment – As-Built Laser Scan and LOD 350 Revit Model

The new owner purchased a former 99-Cent Store to convert it into a full-service Hispanic market with departments for produce, meat, bakery, and groceries.
However:

• No accurate as-built drawings existed for the building interior or exterior.
• The old plans did not reflect decades of modifications done by previous tenants.
• The architect and GC needed precise structural and MEP conditions to design the new layout and equipment loads.
• The site also required accurate mapping of the parking lot, access points, and its proximity to the adjacent highway.

Without reliable building data, the project risked delays, redesigns, and cost overruns.
