The client planned to convert an old warehouse into an indoor pickleball facility but had no accurate drawings or measurements of the space. Critical details like ceiling height, structural layout, and floor level changes were unknown, delaying design and permitting.
Plansrow completed a full 3D laser scan of the building and delivered LOD 300 As-Built documentation. Deliverables included point cloud data, a detailed Revit model, verified floor and ceiling elevations, and high-resolution interior photos to support precise planning and layout.
With a clear and accurate base model, the client was able to finalize court layouts, meet permit requirements, and coordinate construction without costly rework. The project moved forward smoothly saving time, reducing risk, and enabling a high-quality recreational space for the community.
